Consistently monitor the team's adherence to compliance requirements and procedures and implement policies to maximise overall productivity and excellence that supports Sparrow Insurance goals.Key Responsibilities include:Managing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Sparrow Insurance teamHR obligations including recruitment and onboarding of new staff.Coaching, development and training of staff (including development of training materials).Create continuous improvement strategies to achieve outstanding results in service.Drive operational excellence to achieve business targetsResponsible for reporting on daily, monthly and quarterly insurance metrics. Create plans to address gaps in workloads.Implement and monitor compliance regulations utilised by Sparrow Insurance (EBN)Manage the IT requirements of the business.Liaise and manage supplier relationships.Provide accurate and timely management reports as requiredThe skills and experience we are looking for:Well-developed leadership capabilitiesPrevious experience in coaching individuals and managing diverse teamsWorks diplomatically with the team to ensure timely delivery of workloads and appropriately escalates issues to ensure deadlines are metStrong organisational skills with an aptitude in analytical decision makingCreative problem-solving abilitiesTeam building and development of positive office cultureSets own work priorities with minimal direction in a dynamic environment, and successfully navigates changing prioritiesExperience in the insurance industry is desirableWell versed in general software e.g. Microsoft Office etc.Experience in the following software is desirable – Winbeat and OfficeTechWe thank you in advance for your interest and time taken in applying for the role.
