We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee five early learning services in the ACT region.
This is a hands-on role that will see you working closely with Centre Managers, a collaborative National Head Office team, and educators to ensure exceptional outcomes for children, families, and staff.
Your new role:
Visit each service at least fortnightly, with additional visits to services that require more support.
Work directly within centres, adopting a hands-on approach to ensure compliance, high-quality pedagogy, and operational excellence.
Motivate and hold teams accountable while fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
Develop and implement staff training programs to support professional growth and compliance.
Support services with a strong understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and childcare regulations, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Collaborate with Centre Managers and Head Office to implement strategies that enhance the learning environment, educators knowledge and skills ,occupancy rates, and overall service quality.

Has extensive experience managing multiple early learning centres or similar multi-site operations.
Brings a strong pedagogical background and a passion for early childhood education.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of early childhood regulations and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
