We are a small but passionate provider dedicated to empowering young people with disabilities through purposeful supports aimed at developing life skills and independence. As we expand our services, we need a strong Operations Manager to join our team.
Description: About The Role
As our Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage our service delivery, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. You'll be a key player in our senior leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting our dedicated staff, and making sure that our participants receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support service delivery teams to achieve performance and service goals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, conducting audits and implementing improvements as needed. Manage resources efficiently, including staffing, equipment, and budgets, to optimize service delivery. Engage with participants, families, and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for feedback and concerns. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes and outcomes. Oversee risk management, WHS, and crisis response to maintain a safe and effective service environment. Ensure seamless operations across the organization. Skills and Experiences: What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a leadership role within the disability services sector. A strong commitment to person-centered care and service excellence. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to inspire and lead teams, driving performance and engagement.
