A little about the role As the Operations Manager you will promote and manage multiple programmes within the South West and support opportunities for growth.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you hold a senior executive level of responsibility.
This level of responsibility entails managing and holding this responsibility for decision-making within the constraints of Key Assets policies.You will operate as a Senior Specialist providing multi-functional advice to various stakeholders externally and internally within Key Assets.Your role is to support the local managers in managing, developing and providing leadership in line with the Key Assets visions, mission and values.You will be able to build and manage a close and effective working relationship with local agencies including taking a lead in developing and managing partnerships between Key Assets and local Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.This role will take responsibility for fulfilment of contractual obligations including provision of reports on contract performance, self-evaluations, and external evaluations and audits as required by the customer.Salary The salary for this role is $124,840.04 - $129,756.12 per annum (1.0 FTE) + NFP salary packaging options.
This role is full-time, ongoing based at our Bunbury office.
About you To hold the position as Operations Manager for our Bunbury, South West team you will:
Hold a degree qualification in Social Work or other relevant discipline.Be willing to share your extensive experience of working as a Manager and Practitioner in an Out of Home Care / Community Services setting.Prioritise the safety and protection of children and young people, and promotion of their welfare whilst ensuring that lived experience is at the centre of our approach.Have considerable experience at Senior Executive level in a target, outcomes driven service delivery environment.Demonstrate your ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with children, young people, families and stakeholders at all levels.My Key Assets The health and wellbeing of our people is at the core of our employee and client experience.
