Our business continues to grow rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and help lead us into the next phase of growth.
Position Overview
As the Operations Manager at Mobile Kitchens, you will play a critical role in overseeing and improving our daily operations to ensure that we consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business while managing logistics, supply chain, team operations, and client relations.
Your strong organisational and leadership skills will be key in driving efficiency, managing resources, and enhancing our service delivery & efficiencies across all Mobile Kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of Mobile Kitchen services.Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of operational staff, including project & logistics coordinators, and various support personnel.Develop and implement operational processes to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and reduce operational costs.Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and schedules for multiple projects across Australia.Work closely with the leadership team to identify business opportunities, forecast demand, and improve operational efficiency.Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving any operational issues promptly.About You: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, ideally within the food service, hospitality, hire & rental, logistics, or event management industries.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
