What We're Looking For: Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management within NDIS services.Proven track record managing teams, including Team Leaders and Rosters, to deliver high-quality services.Strong understanding of the SCHADS Award 2010 and NDIS standards.Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Experience in stakeholder engagement, with a talent for building lasting relationships.Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Team Leaders, ensuring they manage support workers and service delivery effectively.Oversee the Rosters team, ensuring optimal staffing and compliance with the SCHADS Award.Support recruitment processes with Team Leaders, including interviews and onboarding.Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance organisational efficiency.Ensure full compliance with NDIS standards, policies, and procedures.Exceed service delivery KPIs and drive overall operational success.Identify and address training needs, fostering professional development within your team.Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team success.Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.Proactively manage risks, incidents, and hazards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.What You Bring: You're a strategic and critical thinker with the ability to manage complex operations, inspire your team, and exceed expectations.
