This critical role is about more than just overseeing logistics; it's about strategically guiding Black Sheep's operational heartbeat to ensure we continue to deliver our market-leading products. We want you to push the boundaries of our technology stack, using its data in decision-making processes to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.As Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with creative teams, key suppliers, and fulfilment partners, ensuring every garment meets our high standards and reaches our community to both surprise and delight.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Lifecycle & Supply Chain Management: Oversee the complete product journey from design approval to customer delivery, aligning with quality, timeline, and budget goals.Inventory & Demand Planning: Ensure optimal inventory levels through effective forecasting and demand planning.Supplier & Fulfillment Partner Relations: Act as the main liaison for suppliers and fulfillment partners, ensuring smooth operations and quality delivery.Project Management & Special Initiatives: Manage key projects and support the apparel team in scheduling and sample management.Customer Service & E-commerce Excellence: Lead the Customer Service team and e-commerce operations to maintain exceptional service and responsive strategies.Wholesale & Platform Management: Drive wholesale success and oversee platform maintenance to enhance customer experience and sales logistics.Qualifications/Requirements5+ years of experience in operations within an e-commerce environment.Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chains, vendor relationships, and e-commerce operations.Experience with inventory management and demand forecasting.Strong team leadership and project management skills.Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging with both internal teams and external partners.A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, eager to dive into details to optimise processes.An affinity for endurance sports and a shared passion for Black Sheep's mission.A Little More About YouYou are a powerhouse of organisational skills, bringing precision and adaptability to every task.
