They look after each other and prioritise balance for seamless work and life integration.Headquartered in Leeton in the gorgeous Riverina Region of NSW, they have additional offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.The OpportunityThanks to a period of rapid growth, an outstanding opportunity has been created for an Operations Manager to help take the company to the next level and beyond.Reporting to the Managing Director, this role directly leads a team of 10 who manage just over 100 staff across the businesses onsite and offsite divisions nationally.With business growth comes complexity and the need for improved systems and procedures which is why this role exists, to drive efficiencies, collaboration and profitability.The location for this role is flexible and can be based out of Leeton, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.Day to day:Visit the various sites of operation nationally to understand their inner workingsIncrease the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacityBuild relationships with the teams, support their growth and ensure safety and complianceEnsure effective relationships are developed and maintained with clients, regulatory authorities, external stakeholders and suppliersLead, engage and coach team members to align with company strategyDrive effective people management and engagement through weekly 1:1's, daily review meetings and monthly team meetingsAbout YouWe are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with exposure to the mining, logistics, construction, transport or similar industries.
