| RTO 46223The Role: The ASE Group is experiencing an exciting period of growth, fuelled by the formation of innovative new partnerships.
To support this expansion and ensure we continue to deliver at the highest standard, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (AKA an adult with genuine experience) to authentically lead our 3 x Delivery Teams in alignment with our values.
This role is critical in ensuring that our programs are executed flawlessly and in alignment with our contractual commitments.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a natural leader, and someone who genuinely enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire the Delivery Team to achieve exceptional results, ensuring all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance our delivery processes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of delivery, ensuring all programs meet or exceed stakeholder expectations and contractual obligations.Collaboration: Work closely with our Partnerships Team to fully understand the requirements of each partnership and ensure seamless execution.Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and obstacles, implementing effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted program delivery.Qualifications: Extensive experience in leading program delivery teams within a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational skills with a focus on process optimisation and efficiency.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Proven track record in delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Other Information: Salary: Current Allocation is $100,000 to $140,000 inc super for a full-time staff member depending on experience.
We'll be hiring for a number of Program Manager roles as well for applicants who are super passionate but may not have the experience for this role as yet that are between $70,000 and $85,000.Location: Brisbane City LaunchpadYour application will include the following questions:
