We're in search of a dynamic Operations Manager/Warehouse Manager to spearhead daily operations at our client's office/warehouse located in Welshpool.
ABOUT THE CLIENT AND THE ROLEEmbrace the opportunity to lead as our client's Operations Manager, playing a pivotal role in their storage solutions enterprise. You'll be the linchpin of their daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to standards, and a culture of operational brilliance. As a hands-on leader, you'll oversee warehouse operations, uphold customer SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives among your dedicated team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSafeguard the site's integrity and security while maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards.Utilise Power BI reporting tools to monitor and optimise productivity metrics, including labor resources and revenue.Maximise storage capacity efficiency through strategic utilisation of space density tools.Champion customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service and promptly addressing any concerns.Conduct professional site tours, showcasing our client's facilities with pride.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational enhancements and implement action plans.Foster a cohesive team environment, guiding and empowering team members to achieve collective goals.SKILLS & EXPERTISEBring at least 3 years of experience in people management and warehousing.Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills, nurturing a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability in a multicultural work environment.Possess project management acumen and a knack for problem-solving.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and inspire others with your vision.Cultivate enduring relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, fostering mutual trust and respect.About the recruiterYour application will include the following questions:
