We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our expanding team, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in plumbing.
About the Role: As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading teams in both Melbourne and Sydney, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
If you have a background in plumbing, that's a plus, as it will help in managing the more technical aspects of our operations.
We're looking for a self-driven, problem-solving individual who's ready to grow with us in a fast-paced, expanding business.
Who We Are: Drainpro is a specialised drain cleaning & pipe replacement company based in Oakleigh.We are a well-established and continuously growing company in the plumbing industry.We are a family run business.We value our employees and invest in creating a positive, ambitious workplace.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations.Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality work and excellent service.Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions.Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Monitor progress and manage resources, including materials and equipment.Report back to Director as/when required.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in plumbing or construction.Strong understanding of plumbing systems and industry best practices is highly desirable.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Previous experience managing a small team and overseeing business operations.Why Join Us?
