We're a family-owned business located in Geebung, Brisbane, featuring a high-volume espresso bar and diverse sales channels, including retail, vending, wholesale, and a growing online presence. As we prepare for a new era in 2025, we're looking for an Operations Manager ready to join us on this exciting journey.
About You
As the Operations Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:
Support the development and execution of business and operational plans, identifying and acting on growth opportunities. Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost management across key areas, including COGS, labour, and inventory. Ensure operational compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Lead and develop our team through proactive training, coaching, and mentorship. Develop new programs and initiatives, bringing the tools and resources required to life. What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role (e.g., multi-site management in hospitality or retail consulting).
- Strong operational and leadership skills, with a proven record in food service or retail.
- An ability to inspire and engage your team to perform at their best.
- A keen ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
- A positive attitude and a drive to grow alongside us.
- Availability to work Saturdays during peak trading hours, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team.
- Current valid driver's license.
Additional qualifications, such as a Food Safety or First Aid Certificate, are a plus but not essential. A background in Specialty Coffee is appreciated but not required – we'll bring the coffee training to you.
