We value respect, integrity, quality, leadership and person centered.About the positionWorking closely with the Senior Manager – Operations, the Operations Manager will:Oversee Hartley's Hydrotherapy Pool BusinessOversee Hartley's Fleet managementOversee Hartley's Facility ManagementSupport the Senior Manager - Operations with:Incident management systems and processesRisk management systems and processesEmergency preparedness proceduresInfection controlAbout the successful candidateAn ability to be flexible and adaptableExceptional attention to detailExcellent communication skills (both oral and written).Essential requirements for the positionRelevant qualifications including Diploma or equivalent tertiary degreeCurrent first aid certificatePersonal mobile phone and email address to receive important communicationsAbility to obtain a satisfactory police check upon requestCurrent WWVP card with NDIS activitiesNDIS worker orientation module 90 minute online course training.
