As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational functions within the NDIS sector, ensuring seamless day-to-day service delivery, governance, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimal client outcomes. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive organisational growth, innovation, and excellence in care provision. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management, to ensure the effective utilisation of resources and achievement of performance targets. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and contractual requirements governing NDIS and Home Care services. Implement and monitor Montessori Care policies & procedures and improve standards, quality, and coordination between departments. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a multidisciplinary team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Facilitate staff training, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives to enhance competency and job satisfaction. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, carers, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and addressed effectively. Proactively seek feedback, resolve complaints, and implement service enhancements to optimise client satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for expansion and service improvement in NDIS and Home Care domains. Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation, and funding diversification through effective resource allocation and business development strategies. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging staff to identify and implement best practices, process efficiencies, and service innovations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Proven experience in senior management roles within the healthcare, disability, or aged care sectors, with a strong understanding of NDIS funding models, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organisational objectives. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving organisational change and achieving operational excellence. Commitment to quality, compliance, and customer service excellence, with a passion for improving outcomes and making a positive impact on the lives of clients and their families. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities, with the ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
