The Park provides 120 beautifully shaded campsites in a native bushland setting, powered or unpowered plus 34 well-appointed cabins, laundry, amenity blocks, swimming pool, kids' playground, well-equipped camp kitchens and a fully equipped kiosk.Job ResponsibilitiesThe opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the park.In this key leadership role, you will manage a diverse team including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Administration, and hold responsibility for work health and safety, staffing and team performance, finance and payroll, marketing, grounds, amenities, vehicles, equipment and On Call/Afterhours assistance to guests as required.Reporting to and working closely with the Directors, you will ensure quality control and safety measures through the Safe 365 app are implemented in line with safety and government regulations, develop and ensure continual improvement of operational procedures and systems, identify opportunities for business growth and always ensure customer satisfaction.Integrity, resilience, respect and a can-do attitude will be of paramount importance to ensure your success in this role, as will your strong people leadership and management skills, including your proven ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team to deliver the Park's services, your experience in managing financial and material resources, and your ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.A demonstrable track record of success in a similar role is expected, as is your ability to think laterally, plan strategically and problem solve effectively.
