About the Opportunity: RAAFA is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager – Home Care to oversee the operations of Perth Care & Companion Company (PCCC) and facilitate the integration of PCCC with RAAFA's community service, RAAFA Connect, to enhance the reach and quality of care within the community.
This key position will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring the provision of exceptional care and services to older Australians.
As a vital part of RAAFA's strategic growth and expansion, the Operations Manager will play a central role in advancing business objectives, driving operational efficiencies, and fostering a high-performance culture.
