Lead and inspire a team of up to 50 professionals, including Mental Health and Physical Health consultants such as counsellors, social workers, psychologists, and exercise physiologists.Drive operational efficiency by enhancing service delivery, supporting clients funded by schemes such as Workforce Australia (WFA), Disability Employment Services (DES), and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).Collaborate strategically with genU's Business Development teams to identify, plan, and implement new growth opportunities within Health and Wellbeing services.To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have previous experience with: Oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.Implement initiatives to support clients in connecting with the community and securing meaningful employment.Work closely with internal teams to expand our services and make a positive impact on community health and wellbeing.You will also meet the following essential requirements Current NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent NDIS Working with Children's CheckCurrent NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificategenU Benefits and CultureHere at genU we're agroup of passionate, driven people who want everyone's lives to be happier and healthier, especially people with disabilities, the ageing and those experiencing disadvantage.
