Ventia is seeking an Operations Manager to join our world-class Defence Accommodation Precinct (DAP-D) in Darwin, Northern Territory.
In this role, you'll oversee our Cleaning, Hospitality, and Catering services while collaborating with service providers for Grounds Maintenance and Estate Upkeep.
Role Overview: As Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on achieving service and operational excellence.
You will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes, build and lead a capable team, manage client relationships at all levels, and implement improvements to enhance day-to-day operations.
With the diverse nature of this contract, no two days will be the same, ensuring an engaging and dynamic work environment.
