Based in Perry Road Dandenong, you will oversee operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead teams in managing daily operational objectives for our various contracts in the region.Lead and support a blue-collar workforce of operations and drivers across four sites, and a white-collar workforce of a manager, supervisor, and administrative & customer service staff.You will establish strong relationships with key clients, community members, and vendors.Leading by example, you will develop, coach, and provide training for your teams.Working with operations supervisors, you will regularly review regulations and requirements, including OH&S, environmental and fleet activity, identifying and exploiting continuous improvement opportunities.About YouWe seek a proactive leader who excels in team engagement, with a comprehensive understanding of OHSEQ, compliance, and efficiency principles essential for excellence in transport operations.A current HR (Heavy Rigid) License is an advantage but not essential.You have experience leading and coaching large workforces of blue-collar and white-collar employees.
