Our delivery of high-quality work has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationships with some of the industry's leading operators.Our Energy division is seeking an Operations Manager/Culture Development Lead for a long-term Maintenance Contract. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a high-performance team.Key Responsibilities Include:Lead from the front in promoting a culture of achievement and team development, with a strong focus on safety culture & capability development and genuine commitment.Provide leadership and direction to achieve business objectives and operational targets.
