The Operations Manager - Container Refund Scheme (CRS) leads a small, dedicated team responsible for implementing the container refund scheme, developing a robust strategy and controls to maintain its integrity, fraud minimisation and quality assurance. The Operations Manager will engage with the CRS Scheme Coordinator and Network Operators to mitigate and respond to scheme delivery risks and non-compliance and provide advice about appropriate interventions to protect the integrity and effectiveness of the scheme.The Manager will develop, and coordinate the implementation of, a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities and establish and manage critical project activities such as governance arrangements, risk identification and management, coordination of stakeholder engagement, contract management, financial management and compliance with government administrative policies.

Hours per fortnight 73.50 (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Duties The Operations Manager - Container Refund Scheme (CRS) leads a small, dedicated team responsible for implementing the container refund scheme, developing a robust strategy and controls to maintain its integrity, fraud minimisation and quality assurance. An appropriate tertiary qualification and or qualification in Project Management Previous experience with the implementation of a Container Deposit Scheme and or Waste Management.
