About the Company & RoleAs a well-established and privately-owned civil contractor with clients across the infrastructure, mining and energy sector, our client is going through a period of sustained growth, and have engaged Infracon Australia to source a versatile, pragmatic and ambitious Operations Manager to be based out of their established Karratha office, to oversee the next exciting growth phase in the Pilbara on civil projects with new and existing public and private sector clients.About YouYou will be a hands-on, pragmatic and grounded person, with strong relationship building skills and good commercial acumen.
With a small leadership group, we are seeking those willing to roll their sleeves up and work collaboratively towards a common goal, and take pleasure and pride in growing a company, and supporting the evolution in policies, procedures and systems as they continue to grow.Other criteria to be considered are:Ideally Tertiary Qualified (Engineering, Construction Management etc.
