This role will oversee the next exciting growth phase in the Pilbara on civil projects with new and existing public and private sector clients.About YouYou will be a hands-on, pragmatic, and grounded person with strong relationship-building skills and good commercial acumen. With a small leadership group, we are seeking those willing to roll their sleeves up and work collaboratively towards a common goal, taking pleasure and pride in growing a company and supporting the evolution of policies, procedures, and systems as they continue to grow.Other criteria to be considered are: Ideally Tertiary Qualified (Engineering, Construction Management, etc.)Minimum of 15 years industry experience, with 5 years in project/package managementStrong background in bulk earthwork projects and mine infrastructureAble to demonstrate successful execution of projects up to $20m valueExperience in tendering/estimating is highly advantageousThe ideal applicant will have prior experience working on projects in the Australian mining sector with clients such as BHP, RTIO, FMG, Roy Hill, etc.Those already living in the Pilbara or looking for that coastal lifestyle change are actively encouraged to apply.You MUST have Australian Work Rights to be eligible for this position.Benefits & SalaryYou will have the opportunity to join a truly progressive and growing business.
