Our Site Operations Manager is accountable for the day-to-day management of the Site, whilst maintaining a strategic view, ensuring that we have the right systems, people & capabilities in place to support our operations & logistics functions.

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team based in Bibra Lake. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations:Deliver the agreed production plan within budget, ensuring conversion of raw materials to ready-to-deliver stock.Implement best practice systems and processes across the site, adhering to One Harvest Production System (OPS).Prioritize food and people safety on factory floors, controlling risks to employees, customers, and consumers.Maintain a balanced scorecard of KPIs, focusing on improvement in food safety, delivery, and financial returns.Manage change from business and site through production teams, fostering positive relationships.Logistics:Ensure inbound and outbound transport adheres to schedule and budget, maintaining inventory accuracy.Implement best practices in logistics systems and processes, aligning with OPS.Prioritize food and people safety in logistics operations, focusing on risk control.Recruit, retain, and develop talent in logistics, while managing budgets and equipment inventory.Lead CI projects to reduce costs and enhance efficiency, training and coaching staff accordingly.People:Design and manage standard roles, overseeing performance management of production staff.Upskill site staff for CI and automation projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Matrix manage site staff to drive best practices and harmonize operations across sites.Develop bench strength and succession plans, minimizing external recruitment.What we offerAn opportunity to advance your skills and capability working alongside industry professionals.A collaborative team environment with a dynamic company in a high-growth sector.The chance to contribute to a company that is making a real difference in the lives of Australians.
