The Operations Manager Allied Health and Social Connection Tasmania is a member of the Home Care leadership team across Tasmania and Victoria and will work in conjunction with the Director AgeWell Centres to lead the development and operational management of Allied Health and Social support services to older people, their families and allies living in the community.
This position will have management of Allied Health and Social Support Programs across Tasmania.
Provide leadership and effectively manage program operations to ensure provision of high quality, viable, compliant and customer experience focused services.Lead programs that allow frail older people to achieve wellbeing goals that allow them to remain independent.Lead programs that meet Key Performance Indicators as laid in CHSP funding agreements.Achieve financial targets and maintain effective budget management.Lead programs that build on people's strengths and goals to promote great independence and autonomy.Lead and deliver programs that provide services to meet client goals when and where they need them.Based in Hobart, working full time Monday-Friday.About you:

Tertiary qualification in allied health or related discipline and/or experience in operational management in a health or aged care organisation.Understanding and demonstrated ability to deliver programs that restore, improve or maintain a frail older person's health, wellbeing and independence.Experience and demonstrated expertise delivering program Key Performance Outcomes whilst working within financial targets.Demonstrated ability to deliver a range of inclusive allied health and social support services when and where a client needs them.Understanding and demonstrated ability to work within program standards and guidelines providing quality outcomes for clients.Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions.Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust).Essentials for working in Aged Care:
