You'll be working closely with environmental agencies, energy companies, suppliers, and our hands-on teams to keep everything running smoothly—both on-site and behind the scenes. If you've got experience in AroFlo and excel at juggling multiple tasks, and thrive on driving innovation, we want to hear from you!What You'll Be Doing:Orchestrating Operations: You'll be at the heart of our processes, using tools like Outlook, Xero, Microsoft Office, SiteDocs, AroFlo, and the Weel app to keep track of expenses, timesheets, payroll, and ensure projects are on time and on budget. Experience is essential.Work Closely with Drilling Supervisor: Partner with the Drilling Supervisor to coordinate site operations, maintain timelines, and ensure top-quality project delivery.Financial Savvy: Work closely with our bookkeeper to keep payroll, invoicing, purchase orders, and timesheets in perfect harmony.Master of Logistics: Booking travel and accommodation, coordinating with freight companies, and ensuring smooth site mobilization will all be part of your routine. You'll also be the point of contact for any unexpected logistical challenges.HR Champion & Compliance Pro: From Fair Work regulations to WorkSafe certifications, you'll ensure we're 100% compliant and our team is supported, engaged, and ready for action.Supplier Whisperer: Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, site supervisors, and stakeholders.
