We are expanding our national presence in Australia and are seeking a highly experienced Acoustic Consultant to help us establish and lead our operations throughout Queensland. This strategic role requires a dynamic individual with strong client-facing and business development skills, who can independently drive growth while leveraging support from our Sydney and Perth office.

This position is Full-Time. Location: Brisbane The role includes but is not limited to: Lead the establishment and growth of our business presence in Queensland, with a focus on building strong client relationships and expanding our market footprint. Working with the national team, take ownership of business development activities in the region, identifying opportunities, and securing new projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and values. Act as the primary client contact in Brisbane, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Working within the Acoustic Team, oversee the technical execution of projects, ensuring that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are completed on time and within budget. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to acoustic engineering teams located in Sydney, Perth and Singapore, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including market analysis, resource allocation, and risk management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing our reputation as a leader in noise, acoustics, and vibration engineering.We are accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering/science/physics disciplines, with advanced degree an assetDemonstrated interest in noise, acoustics and vibrationAbility to work in a variety of physically demanding environmentsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsThe acoustics, noise and vibration team is a close-knit, social team where people love what they do. Team members work independently on a daily basis to contribute to the success of the team's work. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong collaboration, people, and teamwork skills as well ability to prioritise and complete work independently. Individuals within this high-performing team must manage their time carefully, and balance work for several ongoing projects simultaneously. Problem solving, ability to learn independently, and initiative- taking are key qualities that will contribute to the personal success of individuals within the team.
