KOJO has an exciting opportunity for an Ops & Logistics Coordinator to join our national team, based in Melbourne. Our team is close knit and caring and we all work to and within our values.About the role:This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, an ability to apply problem-solving skills to operational challenges and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once whilst maintaining a calm and positive approach within the KOJO team.The role entails two key pillars:Equipment & logistics: technical equipment logistics, equipment asset management.Reporting: reporting on pipeline and equipment utilisation, monitor current projects and plan for new and existing pipeline.TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT AND LOGISTICSOur skilled crew require the right technical equipment to deliver a world class KOJO show. You will work closely with our Technical team to track and map out equipment logistics, identify gaps and provide solutions. You will also oversee KOJO's OB trucks and Fly Away Kits, its servicing and maintenance schedule and KOJO's storage facility, ensuring our equipment is secure and accounted for. You will have input and oversight into KOJO's preferred supplier agreements to ensure we have access to the right equipment and services at the right prices.PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS AND REPORTINGA key part of this role will be monitoring and reporting on current projects and planning for new and existing pipeline projects across KOJO Sport by providing regular reports and updates to key internal stakeholders on current and future utilisation of resources and equipment, resource capacity and demand.About you:You love working in a fast-paced environment and have a natural attitude to 'go the extra mile' especially under tight deadlines. You will need to be able to make swift decisions and understand how to continue to move projects forward with the ability to provide clear, concise and accurate information to allow managers and the executive to quickly make informed decisions. It's critical that you have the ability to identify your priorities in any given moment which could include elevating critical challenges to appropriate leaders within the business, plan for contingencies and future requirements.In brief, your responsibilities include:Working closely with the Senior Technical Leadership Team to manage technical crewing.Overseeing the digital platforms to plan, track, audit and forecast requirements for pipeline projects.Identifying and implementing systems that help make running KOJO Sport as simple as possible and that provide accurate and timely information and data for decision making by the senior team.Undertaking other tasks and projects as required.Understanding, advocating, and embodying KOJO's values, behaviours and team goals.About KOJO:KOJO is an independent, sport, experiences and entertainment company.
