We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Leading Hand to join our Customer Delivery team in Perth. The position will ensure the delivery of service to all customers in line with operational schedules and safety requirements.
In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are: Supervise and coordinate team members in the Customer Delivery departmentEnsuring productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility, including completion of regular performance assessment reports;Assist supervision of catering trucks within a designated work area to ensure they reach and load-up all aircraft safely and on schedule.Lead by example and perform all the duties of a Driver.Supervise, train and induct workers within a designated work area.Organise and coordinate work within the designated work areaPerform administrative and reporting duties as requiredFollows up on any discrepancies and ensures all flight deliveries are correctWhat do you need to be successful in securing this role? Demonstrating leadership, decision making and organisational skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements in a changing work environment.Hands on and display leadership by exampleGood verbal and written communication skillsMust hold and maintain possession of a valid ASIC cardMust hold and maintain possession of a valid Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license as well as the authority to drive airside ADAFork Lift license preferred yet not essentialFirst Aid Certificate & WHS qualifications preferredFlexibility in working around flight schedules is essential (7 day per week operation)A clean Police Record as part of mandatory checks requiredWhat's in it for you?
