Zinfra is a leading infrastructure services provider committed to delivering exceptional solutions in the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.As the Digital Operations Lead for Zinfra Technology, you will be a senior member of the extended Digital Leadership Team, responsible for leveraging digital technologies and services to drive value across the Zinfra business. Acting as the 2IC to the Zinfra Technology Manager, you will oversee Digital operations, business partnering, strategy, planning, reporting, and continual service improvement. Your role is crucial in championing the voice of Zinfra in cutting-edge technologies and first-class Digital services.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with senior leadership, presenting operational updates, service reviews, facilitating workshops, and driving strategic initiatives.Manage day-to-day operations and escalations across the Digital landscape.Engage with field crews in gas and electricity services to understand and address their digital needs.Develop, implement, and maintain a catalogue of all Digital technologies and services required by Zinfra.Manage multiple initiatives and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Lead the shaping of new ideas and business demands into actionable initiatives, projects, or programs of work.Assist the broader Zinfra Technology team with business engagement and prioritization of work.Qualifications and Experience:Leading IT Operations and/or Application teams, with strong exposure to project delivery.Reporting to senior leadership (GM and/or C-Level).Working closely with engineers and field crews, ideally in gas or electricity services.Managing IT services in the utilities and/or construction industry.Writing and implementing Managed Services Agreements or IT Service Catalogues.Expertise in facilitating workshops with senior management teams and driving innovation.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.ITIL V3 Expert or ITIL V4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leadership certification.Experience working with field crews and supporting digital work order management solutions.Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps and PowerBI.Exposure or prior management of Cost Centre budgets or P&L.Why you should come and work for us:Our people are our energy source and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
