About the role: As our Operations & Growth Associate (Melbourne), you'll own the customer experience after the ink dries on that contract: Client Success Guru: Onboard restaurants on our platform (in-person and virtually), train their teams, and ensure qlub delivers value for them. Data Wizard: Analyse the numbers, pinpoint insights, and make our operations super-efficient. Product Champion: Work directly with our product team to enhance qlub for venues and influence our global product roadmap.
