AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Organisational Management Human Resource Management Financial Management Material Resource Management SELECTION CRITERIAEven if you don't meet all the selection criteria but think you are the right person for the job, we'd still love to hear from you.
A relevant tertiary qualification or high-level management and operations management experience of at least 5 years. Experience in administration and management of non-government organisations in the not-for-profit sector. Ability to interpret and implement regulations and legislation relevant to the non-Government sector through systems, policies and processes to ensure EK remains compliant. Highly developed written, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to prepare written reports and submissions. Ability to work effectively with the organisation's leadership. Demonstrated leadership skills in the provision of support and direction to the staff team. Demonstrated high level financial management and planning skills. Experience in negotiating and partnering successfully with funding providers, and other agencies providing related services. Experience in liaising and working effectively with a wide range of people and groups in Government and non-Government sectors including service users. This is ideally a full-time role. Contract starting ASAP.The position is based in Broome on an initial 3 year employment contract with the probability of extension.
