The opportunity Queensland Rail are looking for an Operations Delivery Support Officer to provide operational support to the SEQ Operations Roster Centre through the maintenance, compliance, organisation, and implementation of operational rosters for Station Staff within SEQ.
The role also ensures the Station Customer Service (SCS) roster satisfies the business requirements in accordance with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, QR policy and procedures.
Operations Delivery Support Officer: Permanent full-time position based at Bowen Hills.
Attractive salary starting at $97,725, plus shift penalties and 12.75% superannuation.
Free Citytrain travel to and from work.
About the role: Checking fatigue compliance of SCS employees.
Maintaining and applying the required knowledge of the various rostering guidelines, rules, agreements, and legislation that must be applied in the maintenance of SCS rosters.
Providing regular reporting to leaders based on KPI's.
Maintaining and preparing rosters across multiple business areas while ensuring the rostered resources are allocated to meet special events and planned and unplanned service disruptions.
Providing operational backfill for maintenance of SCS Locations.
Provide high level of customer service in a 24/7 environment.
About you: Must be available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
Ability to commute for 24/7 shift times.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
Extensive knowledge of all MS Office programs, including excel and outlook.
Understanding of fatigue management systems and processes.
High level of attention to detail.
Provide high level of stakeholder engagement.
Adaptable to change and solutions focused.
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
Deputy, SAP, FAID and IWAY knowledge desirable.
