You will deliver operational excellence by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.Prioritising tasks and coordinating the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measuresManaging stock flow including inbound goods processing, returns processing, transfers, and invoice managementProviding excellent customer service and effectively handling customer complaints and queriesEnsuring all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery, and incident reportingAbout youAn individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphereYou thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc.
