Operations Coordinator (Precast Products)

Now Careers client is a manufacturer of precast products, with a customer base of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Civil Construction companies.
They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to efficiently manage the production of precast products, labor, and inventory, ensuring smooth operations across various functions.
This role involves accurate reporting, documentation, and overseeing the receiving and dispatch of goods.
The role will also play a key part in maintaining high-quality standards, safety, and organization across their factory, yard, and storage areas.

About The Role.. Production Coordination: Order concrete to meet production schedules and corresponding order numbers.Team Management: Lead daily huddle meetings to set clear directions for the day's operations, keeping detailed notes stored for reference.Daily Task Management: Provide daily to-do tasks for factory labor, ensuring clear instructions and storage of notes.Stock Control: Conduct daily stocktake for materials required, aligned with the production schedule.Factory Maintenance: Maintain a high level of organization in the factory, yard, and amenities, ensuring areas are cleaned daily.Forklift Operation & Maintenance: Conduct forklift pre-start checks and operate forklifts with safety and care.Asset Management: Manage and maintain molds, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper use and condition.Goods Handling: Oversee the unloading and loading of deliveries, ensuring accuracy and safety.Customer Orders: Pack customer orders for various transport methods and ensure timely pickup.About You..
