Operations Coordinator Pioneer Settlement Permanent Full Time About your opportunity The Pioneer Settlement is seeking an enthusiastic leader with a passion for delivering an outstanding visitor experience, elevating teams and ensuring we continue to exceed visitor's expectations. A varied role that will ensure no two days are the same you will oversee the service delivery team ranging from grounds and maintenance to activation delivery and Heartbeat of the Murray technicians. This team is the face of Pioneer Settlement and it is this team that visitors remember engaging with, learning from and making their visit a memorable one. As a seven day a week operation, this role will involve some weekend work. We are looking for someone with: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or five years' experience in Tourism or Hospitality · Demonstrated experience in leading successful teams · Experience working to budgets · As part of the conditions of employment, the successful applicant is required to have a Valid Police Check (dated within last six months) and Working with Children's Check. What we can offer you This is a permanent full time position within Council working Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5.00pm attracting approximately $41.97 per hour.
