We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com To assume responsibility for all operational requirements of the department To deal with all aspects of International and Domestic freight movements (Import, Export by Sea, Air Courier and/or Land) To raise trends within the business, and actively develop solutions with assistance of Branch/Operations Manager and Product for maintaining positive momentum or correcting negative patterns To continually working with Best Practice processes to enable highest GP delivery / lowest financial impact To work in conjunction with sales in development and retention of all accounts To ensure profitability of accounts is maximised and loss-making accounts are challenged and addressed with Management To work with finance department both on payables and receivables to resolve issues To be involved in implementation of new business to ensure correct processes are in place prior to movement of goods to maintain service credibility To act as a conduit between customers and suppliers to ensure all needs are met within the specified delivery time Training staff on operations at various locations within the business Working with Product to identify target lanes and increase efficiencies in procurement Quotations and monitoring of performance via agreed central platforms To ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner To negotiate contract rates in accordance with business needs to ensure that economies of scale are met and best prices achieved for the Company and/or Client To perform any other duties not defined in the job description as reasonably requested / expected by the Company What moves you?   At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
