This role is responsible for providing professional administration and coordination to our Mackay depot.
Duties: AM Yard manifestingFull load administration and pricingFull load trip creation/driver paperworkPayroll approvalConnote creation and general administrative tasksKey Requirements: Proven skills around financial principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent negotiation and conflict management skillsProven ability to effectively manage time and competing prioritiesIntermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Database and Customer Relationship Management tools)Ready to take on a new challenge?
