Your New Role Looks Like This: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide critical operational and administrative support to our retirement communities team. As a vital member of the Retirement Communities team, you'll be ensuring seamless operations across diverse initiatives. With your judgment, flexibility, and ability to work autonomously, you'll work on a range of initiatives that align with our vision and goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:Support Financial Processes: Manage corporate credit card and billing tasks with precision and in line with company policy.Streamline Procurement: Handle purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and reporting via Coupa, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Coordinate Travel: Organize travel arrangements in line with company guidelines.Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Facilitate new hires, relocations, and exits while keeping organizational charts and email lists up to date.Orchestrate Meetings & Events: Schedule meetings, team-building activities, and special events to keep our team thriving.Celebrate Success: Coordinate staff awards, gifts, and team catering to foster a culture of appreciation.Provide Project Support: Lend your administrative expertise to drive key projects forward.Prepare & Review Documents: Craft polished reports, agendas, memos, and presentations while ensuring quality and accuracy.Organize Systems: Maintain intuitive filing systems via Teams, SharePoint, and other platforms.Enhance Customer Experience: Assist in resolving customer complaints by coordinating input from key stakeholders promptly and effectively.About You:Strong experience in a similar role providing support to a senior executive and large teamAdvanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite and proficiency using digital channelsExperience using Fraedom, Coupa and other relevant systems is advantageousSound understanding of administration procedures and general business practicesYou thrive in keeping processes, schedules, and systems running like clockwork.You anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities.Proven ability to working collaboratively in a large team setting with multiple priorities.What's on Offer:You will enjoy a range of great employee benefits and rewards including:
