The role: Our Asset Management team is renowned for delivering top-tier facilities across Australia.
As an Operational Coordinator based in Hobart, you will support the team administratively with operational compliance, risk management, and day to day operational administrative aspects within the portfolio.In this role, you will undertake crucial administrative tasks that allow the  Centre Management team to manage the day to day operations, risk, compliance, presentation and delivery of capital across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities: Draft, prepare, and review correspondence, reports, presentations Prepare and process internal and external accounts Maintain compliance and risk documents for each property Provide general administrative assistance to the facilities management team Support the facilities management team with vendor follow-up and queries Liaise with the internal finance team about revenue collections or expense payments Provide reporting on maintenance issues, tenant issues/meetings, upcoming works, relevant schedules, arrears control and recommendations Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, tenants, and tenant representatives  Who are we looking for?

Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management or equivalent Intermediate level skills in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Basic financial management skills Demonstrable experience within an administration role providing support to a team or senior role.
Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously Strong organisational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks promptly, and meet deadlines Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team.
