Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Full time

The Opportunity To support the growth of our company, Bhagwan Marine is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team. This role will report to the Employee Relations Manager in our Perth CBD office. Any prior experience in crewing and mobilisation for projects in the marine, oil & gas, or resources industries would be highly desirable.
Responsibilities Manage crewing activities, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and compliance with certifications and regulations.Coordinate crew mobilization: inductions, travel, accommodations, and onboarding to internal/client systems.Support crew operations, address inquiries, and escalate issues to management as needed.Collaborate with Vessel Masters and Superintendents to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.Maintain crew training, records, certifications, and PPE inventory.Assist with payroll queries, performance management, and grievance resolution.Provide after-hours operational support and contribute to incident management.Drive process improvements to enhance crewing efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements: 5 years' experience in a similar role within a related field.Experience in personnel logistics including travel management and accommodation bookings within a mining, oil & gas, resources, marine or related industries is essential.An understanding of marine certifications is highly desirable.Proven problem-solving ability and time management skills are essential.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in data entry, Excel, and SharePoint is desirable.Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.What we need from you A cover letter outlining why you want to work at Bhagwan Marine and how you feel you can best contribute to its success.A CV outlining your education, skillset, and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
