About the Role: As the Operations Coordinator, you'll be the central point for project operations.
This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from mobilizing job requirements to coordinating resources and overseeing the induction and competency of project personnel.
You'll work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients, making impactful contributions to our company and each project.
Key Responsibilities: Manage operational requirements to ensure seamless mobilization, resource allocation, and project execution; promote a robust safety culture, ensuring all personnel are trained and briefed on safety standards.Oversee the logistics of personnel and equipment mobilization/demobilisation, and provide critical support to HR and Safety teams.Coordinate timesheets, purchase orders, resource tracking, and project reporting to meet all internal and external requirements.Aid in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance through documentation and training support for on-site teams.Essential Qualifications & Experience: Qualifications: Project Management certification or equivalent.Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within heavy industry sectors (Wind/O&G/Construction).Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (Navision, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.Why Join Aurora ARC?
