Operations Coordinator

St Mark's National Theological Centre is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth daily operations of our Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact, handling student and visitor enquiries.
Provide high-level admin support to staff and faculty.
Coordinate room bookings, set up events, and liaise with contractors.
Manage routine IT tasks and provide high-level support.
Assist with processing invoices, donations, and general financial tasks.
About You:
A degree with subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience in an administrative role.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and managing websites.
Flexible, with a positive attitude and ability to prioritise tasks.
Understanding St Mark's vision and aim, mainly focusing on theology and community engagement.
Applicants must obtain a Working With Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services (ACT) and undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to an offer of employment.
