Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Applicants must currently live in Australia and have Full work Rights, with no restrictions.Rural Health Tasmania (RHT) is looking for a conscientious and dedicated Operations Coordinator to complement our Management Team.
This part-time role is based in beautiful North-West Tasmania and reports directly to the Executive team.The successful candidate will have the ability to operate strategically with an ability to problem solve, support and understand challenges at the operational level.ExperienceExperience in a not-for-profit / charitable organisation.Superior problem-solving ability and the ability to negotiate successful outcomes in potentially challenging circumstances.Strong organisational, negotiation and project management skills.Experience of a broad and varied nature in regard to operational management and clerical practices.Ability to contribute effectively to a multi-disciplinary team and provide operational assistance and advice to the Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer and direction to the other staff.Advanced communication skills and a high degree of work accuracy.Conscientious and dedicated attitude; ability to work autonomously.Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeframes.Able to maintain composure and a professional attitude at all times.Willingness to learn, take responsibility, self-identify areas for improvement and undertake training as required/directed.About usRural Health Tasmania (RHT) is a not-for-profit health & well-being organisation, offering free health services across the North West, West & Central Coast of Tasmania.
