An opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Coordinator who would be responsible for the operating performance of the Burnie manufacturing plant through effective leadership and hands-on coordination skills.
Responsibilities: Maintain process flow through daily application of Lean principlesMaintain production schedule to budgetUphold safe work proceduresFacilitate great workplace culture through effective HR managementRequirements: 5 years+ experience in manufacturing leadership and project management rolesExperience in manufacturing operationsGood understanding of manufacturing process and equipmentExperience and understanding of Lean principlesYour application will include the following questions:
