To support our fast-growing Essence Communities team, we are offering an exciting new opportunity for an exceptional Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Brisbane CBD on a permanent full-time basis.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the General Manager – Operations you will play a critical role in supporting operational efficiencies and managing essential administrative functions to assist and support the operational functions and teams across the Build to Rent (BTR) platform. The role will primarily assist the GM – Operations in all day-to-day operational requirements which may include day-to-day management, team support, resident engagement, SOP's, and administrative support. Your role will also involve:
