The Role: As the Operations Coordinator, you will be integral to enabling our patient-centric approach, synchronising our clinical and administrative teams through maintenance of efficient systems and processes to ensure we maintain our delivery values of ease of access, speed of access, and high quality care.
What You'll Do: Business As Usual Coordination: Coordinate and synchronise the operational delivery of healthcare through management of administrative and clinical teams, systems, and processes.Roster Coordination: Coordinating Practice Managers, ensuring that clinical rosters are optimised so our capacity is utilised to its maximum effect.
This includes reinforcement of rostering policies that enable high quality, efficient daily runs for staff.Facility Coordination: Responsible for the coordination of facilities across the businesses, including fit-out, equipment serviceability, sub-let arrangements, and accessibility.Operations Pathways: Assist in the operational design and integration of healthcare pathways, including introduction of new service modalities.
This includes the functional implementation of pathways and operationalisation of strategies.Training and Development: Coordinate training for all staff on BAU systems, processes, service offerings, and partnerships, with a key focus on the effective operational delivery of services.Data Driven Decision Making: Implement and enable data driven decision making, harnessing weekly operational data reports to coordinate and implement strategies to ensure KPI success.Systems Management: Responsible for the maintenance, utilisation and enhancement of operational systems including the suite of IT software systems, database management, and auditing.Coordinate Meetings: Coordinate the weekly cycle of clinical and operational meetings, providing synchronisation across departments, and reporting to the senior leadership group.Contracts and Governance: Manage the employee, provider, partnership, and governance contracts, synchronising across multiple sites.Recruitment and Performance: Responsible for coordination of staff recruitment and performance management.
