Operations Coordinator

Description:
Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Operations Coordinator (OC) plays a critical role in supporting participants in achieving their goals. The OC coordinates with participants, support workers, and stakeholders to deliver person-centered, culturally competent, and recovery-focused services. This role acts as the primary link between the service delivery team and the Operations Lead.
Responsibilities:
Develop NDIS service agreements and schedule supports in line with participants' funding and needs. Communicate effectively with participants and stakeholders to identify goals and support needs. Provide relevant information to promote participant choice and control. Coach and guide teams to ensure dignified, community-based support. Adhere to privacy and data recording requirements. Manage and maintain accurate records and client information. Stay informed on sector developments and internal service pathways. Collaborate with teams to identify and address service barriers. Produce performance reports to monitor progress and identify challenges. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Prepare and submit reports as required. Liaise with Support Coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery. Attend industry events to stay updated and build relationships. Draft service plans and monitor client progress. Pre-Requisites:
Diploma in Community Services or a related field or equivalent. NDIS worker screening check or willingness to apply. COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate. Smartphone for app use. Current first aid/CPR certificate or willingness to attain. WA Class C Driver's License and fully insured vehicle. Experience in individualised assessments and procedural change. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. Experience in coordinating services within NDIS plans or similar. Excellent critical thinking, time management, and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer programs. Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and work collaboratively. Problem-solving and project management capabilities. Experience in training staff on organizational and NDIS requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
