Operations Coordinator

St Mark's National Theological Centre is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth daily operations of our Centre.
Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact, handling student and visitor enquiries.Provide high-level admin support to staff and faculty.Coordinate room bookings, set up events, and liaise with contractors.Manage routine IT tasks and provide high-level support.Assist with processing invoices, donations, and general financial tasks.About You: A degree with subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience in an administrative role.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and managing websites.Flexible, with a positive attitude and ability to prioritise tasks.Understanding St Mark's vision and aim, mainly focusing on theology and community engagement.Applicants must obtain a Working With Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services (ACT) and undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to an offer of employment.
