Key Responsibilities: Support with everyday operations in all facets of the business.Engage with customers in retail sales to ensure an outstanding client experience.Collaborate with the team to implement and optimise a new software system.Provide operational support, including quote bookings and manufacturing workflows.Assist with updating pricing structures and other administrative tasks.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with clients and team members effectively.The ability to collaborate well in a team environment.Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).Attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying errors and ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Critical thinking skills to resolve issues effectively as they arise.A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and embrace new challenges.Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude.Experience in coordinating small projects or implementing systems improvements is highly desirable.Familiarity with database management and maintaining accurate records.Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.Willingness to train and mentor others on new systems and processes.Experience in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and optimising inventory processes.This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, team-oriented workplace where your contributions will be valued and your professional development encouraged.
